This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw featured a big title match as Becky Lynch defended her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship against the former champion Maxxine Dupri in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Becky Lynch made her way out to the ring first followed by Maxxine Dupri who was accompanied by Natalya.
Near the end of the match Becky removed the pad from the top turnbuckle. Becky jumped toward the corner and Maxxine moved out of the way, so Becky hit her head on the exposed turnbuckle. Becky was dazed as Maxxine followed up with a kick then pinned her.
As Maxxine pinned Becky, Natalya grabbed Becky’s leg and put it on the bottom rope to break up the pin. Maxxine looked shocked as the fans booed while Natalya stared at her and shook her head.
Maxxine Dupri then stood up, turned around and walked right into a Manhandle Slam then Becky pinned her to win the match. After the match Natalya got in the ring and beat Maxxine down. Natalya told her she’s “never gonna learn” and Maxxine tried to fight back but Nattie knocked her down again.
She put Maxxine in the Sharpshooter and the referee tried to break it up, but Natalya just continued to pummel Maxxine. Finally the referee pulled Natalya off of Maxxine and Nattie smiled as the segment came to an end.
