The next WWE pay-per-view on the schedule is Backlash, and the show is set to air on the WWE Network on Sunday, June 14.
According to Wrestling Inc. WWE is taping the Backlash pay-per-view today at the WWE Performance Center.
Recently WWE has been using MXT talents for the audience during TV tapings, and it’s being reported that NXT talents reported to the Performance Center at 8:30 a.m. for testing, which included a temperature check and a questionnaire.
It’s also being reported that MVP referred to the talents as NXT Superstars during a promo, and he was cut off by Kevin Dunn. MVP was stopped immediately by Kevin Dunn who hopped on the PA and instructed him to call the talents “Performance Center recruits.”
There was also a part of a Otis vs. Baron Corbin match that had to be reshot which saw Otis take 4 spinebusters.
Stay tuned for more updates from the tapings as they become available.
