Over the last week WWE has released a number of wrestlers including Jinder Mahal, Xia Li, Sanga, Veer, Xyon Quinn, Von Wagner and Cameron Grimes. Now it appears that another wrestler could potentially be done with the company.
It’s worth noting that WWE has removed Guru Raaj from the active roster on WWE.com and his profile has been moved to the alumni section. Raaj first signed with WWE back in 2019 and went on to work on 205 Live and NXT LVL Up.
He faced SCRYPTS in his last match which aired on an episode of NXT in November of 2022. In 2021 he faced off against Finn Balor in a singles match at the Superstar Spectacle event.
As of this writing the release has not been confirmed as neither WWE nor Guru Raaj have released any type of statement announcing that he is officially done with the company.
