This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was the go home show for the Elimination Chamber premium live event and it kicked off in a big way.
The cameras cut to the backstage area to show that Jey Uso had been attacked as he was being stretchered into an ambulance. Jacob Fatu yelled at Nick Aldis as he told him that he better find out who did it. Jacob then rode off in the ambulance with Jey as the SmackDown roster looked on.

Later in the show Paul Heyman confronted Nick Aldis and told him that he needs to put Logan Paul in the Elimination Chamber match. Paul flexed in the SmackDown General Manager’s face as he declared that he will win the Elimination Chamber if Nick Aldis puts him in.
Jacob Fatu returned to the arena and accused Drew McIntyre of being the one who took out Jey Uso. He told Nick Aldis that SmackDown has a Drew problem, so he needs to be put into the Elimination Chamber so he can solve the problem. Aldis said he needs to make some phone calls, but he’ll take it under consideration.
Aldis walked into his office shortly after to find The Vision waiting for him, then he told Logan Paul that he discussed the situation with Adam Pearce, and Paul will get his opportunity if he can beat Jacob Fatu in a singles match.
It has now been officially confirmed that Jey Uso has been pulled from the men’s Elimination Chamber match, and he will be replaced by either Logan Paul, or Jacob Fatu.
Stay tuned for updates.
