Matt Hardy is breaking before our eyes and it’s an exciting time to be a pro wrestling fan. After losing to Bray Wyatt in pretty definitive fashion on Raw last week Matt Hardy sat in the ring and had a “breakdown.” Now his breaking continues even at WWE Live house shows as he illustrated even more of his Broken (or Woken) Brilliance in Salt Lake City. It’s going to be something special when Hardy finally reveals this character evolution on WWE television so it might be a very good idea to pay very close attention to Matt Hardy in the weeks to come.
During a live broadcast via social media where it seemed like he was just going to name five thousand cities in a row, R-Truth disclosed he would be back on Raw soon. But first, he needed to have surgery on Monday to repair an injured shoulder.
This would certainly explain R-Truth’s absence from Raw in recent months and also why he hasn’t been on house shows either. After all, just because someone isn’t on television doesn’t mean they aren’t making towns and working live events.
Truth said he has a bulging bone in his shoulder that’s trying to come out due to the fact his shoulder has been dislocated so many times. So surgery is needed to go in and fix that pesky bulging bone.
But R-Truth’s spirits seemed to be up and he appeared relatively sure this setback would be one he will overcome. Let’s hope he’s able to get this taken care of soon. R-Truth said he will get some kind of title when he comes back and he misses Roman Reigns because Roman’s his “dog.”
Our best wishes go out to R-Truth and we hope he can fix this issue which sounds like a pretty painful one to have. After all, any time you can describe an injury by saying “bulging bone” it can’t be a good thing.
