You never know what’s going to happen when you watch WWE programming and during this week’s episode of NXT the Interim General Manager Robert Stone made a big announcement. Stone informed Blake Monroe that Jaida Parker is currently suspended because she attacked a referee during last week’s episode of NXT, and Robert Stone also claimed that Parker is not cleared for in-ring competition due to a neck injury.
Jaida Parker appeared on Busted Open Radio recently and while she didn’t address the announcement regarding her injury, she did share some thoughts on her suspension.
“It wasn’t the easiest thing to hear from him, especially being suspended. But he said, ‘Actions have consequences’ but if he realized, that was just a reaction to an action that was caused by Blake Monroe. But, we’re playing chess, not checkers. So, I just gotta get better. That’s all.”
Jaida Parker’s feud with Blake Monroe has quickly become heated, but with Parker currently sidelined it looks like Monroe will be shifting her focus elsewhere for the time being. Robert Stone revealed on Tuesday night that Blake Monroe will be competing in the WWE Women’s Speed Championship tournament. It’s been confirmed that Monroe will go one on one with Thea Hail during next week’s episode of NXT.
