WrestleMania is WWE’s biggest annual show and over the last few years WrestleMania has been expanded to a two night event. WWE has yet to announce the lineup for each night of WrestleMania, but it looks like some of the stars on the roster could potentially work both shows.
Last week on Raw, Lita & Becky Lynch defeated Dakota Kai & Iyo Sky to become the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions and this week Trish Stratus met them in the ring to celebrate. It was then announced that Lita, Becky Lynch & Trish Stratus will team up to face Damage CTRL at WrestleMania 39.
For months now it’s been rumored that Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler would be challenging for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania nad it looks like that’s still the case. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Lita, Becky Lynch & Trish Stratus vs. Damage CTRL, and Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler vs. the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions are both scheduled for Mania.
The current plan is that whoever is holding the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship will work both nights of WrestleMania. It was recently reported that Ronda Rousey reaggravated a prior injury, but the belief is that she will be competing at WrestleMania.
