Over the last few months NXT has been going through some major changes both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, and the brand was hit hard yesterday when some key figures were released.
William Regal has been a big part of NXT for years now, and many people in the industry were shocked to see that the company let him go. It was later reported that the recent releases were meant to directly remove Triple H hires as NXT continues to move in a new direction.
