A good gimmick can go a long way on the main roster and there’s no denying that the Maximum Male Models gimmick got Mace and Mansoor a lot of attention. However, Mace and Mansoor haven’t been used as much lately since Maxxine Dupri has joined up with Alpha Academy.
A fan on Twitter suggested that Maximum Male Models should be sent to NXT if the company doesn’t have any plans for them on the main roster, but it looks like WWE could be going in a different direction.
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful there were internal discussions a few months ago about repackaging Maximum Male Models. Apparently that talk picked back up over the weekend, so it seems that change could be coming for Mace and Mansoor.
