Over the last few years WWE has parted ways with a number of familiar faces and although many of them have returned to professional wrestling some former Superstars have been sitting on the sidelines.
CJ Perry (formerly known as Lana in WWE) was released back in June of 2021 and now almost two years after her release she has yet to step back into the ring. At this point it’s not clear if a comeback is in the cards for CJ Perry as she seems to be contemplating her future.
Recently CJ Perry took to Twitter to question if she could return to wrestling someday, or if it’s time to simply move on when she posted the following on Twitter:
“#Wrestling became the love of my life for 8 years …. Will it come back to me or do I let it go forever?????”
Ever since CJ Perry’s husband Miro joined All Elite Wrestling a few years ago there’s been speculation that she could end up joining the company as well, but so far that has yet to happen. Miro has also been on the sidelines for a number of months as he last competed at the All Out pay-per-view in September of 2022. However, Miro is expected to return to action soon when AEW Collision debuts.
