WWE Star Reportedly Injured On SmackDown

This week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown continued the build for SummerSlam and the show also featured a tag team match which saw Sheamus & Ridge Holland of The Brawling Brutes face off against Pretty Deadly. In the end it was Pretty Deadly who picked up the win, but it sounds like it may have been a rough night one half of the former NXT Tag Team Champions.

PWInsider is reporting that Elton Prince of Pretty Deadly was spotted wearing a sling as he suffered a separated shoulder this week on Friday Night SmackDown. It’s not currently known exactly how long he will be out of action, but he’s expected to be sidelined for a few weeks.

Pretty Deadly have been one of the teams to watch ever since they got called up to the Friday Night SmackDown brand in the 2023 WWE Draft. It seems that WWE is looking to make them big players in the tag team division although this injury will unfortunately set them back for now.

How do you feel about Pretty Deadly’s run on the WWE main roster so far? Sound off in the comments below.
