WWE Star Reportedly Done With The Company

WWE has seen a lot of departures this year due to contract expirations, releases and more, and now it looks like another familiar name has parted ways with the company.

PWInsider reports that Jimmy Wang Yang is already done with WWE following his short tryout as a producer. Yang started his producer tryout back in October and after several weeks he has decided that the position is not for him.

Jimmy Yang broke into the business working in WCW, and he went on to join WWE after WCW went out of business, but he was released in 2002. He went on to return to WWE in 2003 as Jimmy Wang Yang, and he worked mostly in the cruiserweight division until he was released in 2005.

A few years later Jimmy Wang Yang returned to WWE in 2006 and he was once again released in 2010. Yang has also worked for other companies such as ROH, All Japan Pro Wrestling and TNA. In recent years he has launched his own party bus company and he’s also been working independent events.
