It’s always unfortunate when a WWE star suffers an injury and last year’s Survivor Series main event wasn’t for the weak. The Original Bloodline picked up a win over The New Bloodline, but a number of wrestlers were injured in the process.

Following the WarGames match at Survivor Series it was reported that Tonga Loa suffered a torn biceps, and he’s been out of action since November of last year.

It appears that Tonga Loa will be returning at some point over the next few months as WrestleVotes noted on Backstage Pass Q&A that he is expected to be back on TV sometime around WrestleMania 41.

“They’re shooting for WrestleMania. I don’t know if they have a spot for him. I wouldn’t say that he’s got a tag match lined up but they’re shooting that he’s back on TV around WrestleMania.”

Things have changed drastically for The New Bloodline since Survivor Series as Roman Reigns recently reclaimed the Ula Fala after defeating Solo Sikoa during the Raw premiere. It will be interesting to see where things go from here.

Stay tuned for updates.
