A lot of big moves are being made in WWE right now and last week the company made the decision to shift Corey Graves to the NXT announce team. Earlier this week Graves openly expressed frustration with the move when he posted the following tweet:

“Then being TOLD (not deciding) that you’re no longer physically able to pursue your dream. Then you dedicate your life to something “dream adjacent” and being pretty f****** awesome at it.

And then, when it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labor, being told you’re not famous enough for your own job. Just in case you’ve wondered where I’ve been.”

Corey Graves then later took to social media to tease that he would have a lot to say during this week’s episode of NXT, but it was reported ahead of time that he had left Orlando and wouldn’t be appearing on the show.

It’s worth noting that Corey Graves has now deleted both tweets from his X page. Over the last few days a number of names from the wrestling world have weighed in on the Corey Graves situation including Jim Ross and former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa.

At this point in time it’s not clear where things go for here for Corey Graves, but it’s been reported that this is not a storyline as Graves is said to be legitimately frustrated with the move to NXT.

Stay tuned for updates.
