WWE Star Claimed The 2023 Royal Rumble Might Be Their Last

The Royal Rumble is one of the biggest shows of the year and you never know who might show up during one of the Royal Rumble matches. Back in January, Nia Jax made her surprise return when she competed in the women’s Royal Rumble match.

During a recent appearance on Busted Open Radio, Nia Jax explained that she was asked to enter the Royal Rumble last year, but she refused. Jax went on to say that the only reason she agreed to return this year is because Tamina told her it might be her last Royal Rumble.

“It’s funny because with the previous Rumble, I was not going to come back. I was asked to come back, and I was like, ‘Absolutely not.’ I wasn’t there.

“But this last one, my cousin Tamina and I talked about it and she said it might be her last one, and I was like, ‘Well, frick, if that’s going to be Tamina’s last Rumble, I definitely want to be a part of it,’ if they wanted me to be a part of it.”

Tamina has competed in every women’s Royal Rumble match so far, so it will be interesting to see if the 2023 women’s Royal Rumble really was her last, or if she’ll be returning in 2024. Stay tuned for updates.
