Recently a number of WWE stars have parted ways with the company following the expiration of their contracts, and there’s been a lot of talk about Natalya’s status as her deal is expiring soon.
Fightful Select reports that Natalya was not at WWE Raw this week. Natalya’s deal is set to expire this summer and it’s being said that WWE has been very quiet when it comes to any developments regarding her status.
The two sides have been in engaged in contract extension talks, but details regarding the direction of those talks are unknown at the moment. Sources in WWE are hopeful that Natalya will be saying with the company. However, there’s no word on whether or not a new deal has been reached.
While it’s not clear what the future holds for Natalya, it’s being reported that numerous talent and staff in AEW have pushed for the possibility of the former SmackDown Women’s Champion joining All Elite Wrestling.
