Things are always changing in the world of professional wrestling, and from time to time names get updated. In the past a number of WWE stars have had their names shortened and now it appears that WWE has decided to move forward with a name change for one of the stars on the blue brand.
Recently WWE updated Zelina Vega’s profile on their official website which shows that she is now being listed as “Zelina.” It appears that this is the name she will be using moving forward.

Aleister Black recently discussed his on screen partnership with Zelina and noted that Triple H was originally not into the idea. He then went on to say that the pairing is a work in progress.
“Where we’re now looking at the presentation that you saw last week, slowly but surely we’re adding elements. This is a work in progress. We’ve had so many conversations and (put) so many ideas on paper, and now it’s just like, okay, what idea do we want to do with what? What would the social media look like, and what is the complete full aesthetic? Because this was sprung onto us in almost three weeks. It was a pitch initially, and then all of a sudden… we’re actually doing this in the span of a week. So we didn’t have a lot of time to prepare for this.”
