WWE SmackDown Star Gets Name Change

You never know who might show up on Friday Night SmackDown and back in December fans saw the return of Angel Garza & Humberto Carillo who aligned themselves with Santos Escobar.

Santos Escobar, Angel Garza & Humberto Carillo have since gone on to form the Legado World Order with Elektra Lopez on the SmackDown brand. Following their return to the main roster Angel Garza & Humberto Carillo’s names were shortened to Angel & Humberto.

Now it seems that WWE has shortened Humberto Carillo’s name once again as his official profile on WWE.com shows that he is simply listed as Berto. There’s currently no word on why WWE made the change.

One way or another it looks like the feud between Legado World Order and the LWO is likely to continue, so we’ll probably be seeing more of Berto in the weeks to come on SmackDown.
