WWE Set To Bring Back Classic Raw Exclusive Pay-Per-View

Ever since the WWE Draft took place in the summer of 2016, the original pay-per-view events that WWE presented as a sole brand have been split between both Raw and SmackDown.

With SmackDown being given Elimination Chamber and Money in the Bank, it seems that Raw needs to step up, which is why according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, WWE will be bringing back Bad Blood as a Raw exclusive pay-per-view event.

Bad Blood has only been presented by WWE three times before in 1997, 2003 and 2004 all as part of the red brand and it is the event where the Hell in a Cell match was first introduced and used as the main event for all three shows.

According to the report, the event is set to return on 07/09/2017 at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut. This could be an important event for Raw in their build up to SummerSlam, especially since SmackDown will be presenting Money in the Bank at around the same time, so the ratings war will be reaching its peak.

Bad Blood was always one of the biggest grudge ending events of its era and it gave Raw the edge over SmackDown much of the time, if it is able to keep the same kind of aura around it, then this will be a fantastic nostalgic move by WWE.
