WWE Rumored To Be Calling Up NXT Stars Soon

As we all saw Monday night on Raw, Universal Champion Roman Reign relinquished his title, and announced that he’s taking time off to battle leukemia.

With Roman out, WWE reshuffled the deck by turning Braun Strowman & Elias face, and Dean Ambrose heel.

Now it looks like some more changes could be coming for the main roster, as Joe Peisich of Barnburner’s No Holds Barred podcast is reporting that we could be seeing some NXT call ups soon (via Ringside News).

“Look for several NXT call-ups to be brought to the main roster faster because let’s face it, Roman Reigns has been a worker. He’s been a main event face of the franchise. So I don’t know who they’re going to bring up, maybe Johnny Gargano maybe Aleister Black but somebody huge is going to be brought up faster than anything.”
