WWE Reportedly Wants Big Name To Join Total Divas Cast

Total Divas returned for season 8 a few weeks ago, but the series isn’t doing all that hot in the ratings department.

According to ShowBuzzDaily, this week’s episode drew only 340,000 viewers on the E! network.

With the ratings heading in the wrong direction, it looks like WWE officials might be looking to add a big name to the show, as the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE officials are talking about asking Ronda Rousey to become a regular cast member.

The last word as of a few days was that Rousey hasn’t been approached about joining the show, but that may have changed since then.

The idea is that adding Ronda Rousey could raise the show’s profile, but nothing has been confirmed at this point.
