There are many stars on the main roster who are currently climbing the ladder in WWE and there are also a number of wrestlers in NXT who are currently trying to make a name for themselves before making the jump to Raw or SmackDown in the future.
In recent months fans have been talking a lot about NXT North American Champion Oba Femi and it looks like WWE officials have taken notice of Oba Femi as well.
Fightful Select reports that WWE officials have been impressed with Oba Femi’s performances since he became NXT North American Champion. One source noted that Femi is expected to do big things with the company and he is viewed as someone who could be a future WWE Champion.
It’s being said that WWE officials have been surprised by how quickly Oba Femi has developed since he debuted on television. Femi is also commonly viewed as the “total package.”
At this point in time there are reportedly no plans to rush Oba Femi to the main roster as he is seen as a source of untapped potential.
