Despite the fact that WWE has had to make some big adjustments during the coronavirus pandemic, the company has managed to soldier on and continue with TV tapings.
Even though the company has released statements saying that they are actively taking precautions to ensure the safety of their talents, a number of names have recently tested positive for COVID-19.
It’s been confirmed that Renee Young, Jamie Noble, Adam Pearce, and Kayla Braxton have all tested positive for the virus, and it’s believed that there could be more positive cases that haven’t been made public yet.
Renee Young came right out and informed the public that she had tested positive for COVID-19, and according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that did not go over well with people in WWE.
According to the report Renee Young started feeling sick on 6/22 and got tested by a local doctor. After getting a positive test back she immediately contacted WWE.
It’s also being reported that as of 6/25 neither Vince McMahon, Kevin Dunn, Paul Levesque or Mark Carrano had contacted her to see how she’s doing.
Young recently noted on Twitter that she will be making an announcement on Wednesday.
