The next few months should be interesting to say the least as there are a number of professional wrestlers who recently became free agents. Former NWA World Women’s Champion Kamille became a free agent on January 1, 2024, but it seems that she may not be a free agent for long.
Haus of Wrestling is reporting that WWE is said to be super high on Kamille. WWE is said to be in signing mode following the TKO merger and Kamille is high up on the company’s radar. Higher-ups at TKO feel that the company is in “acquisition mode” and the idea is to land fresh talents who can make an impact.
It’s also being reported that Kamille’s departure from the NWA was amicable and she was thankful for her run with the company. During her run with the NWA, Kamille held the NWA World Women’s Champinship for 812 days. She last wrestled on NWA programming on the November 18, 2023 episode of Powerrr.
