Throughout 2021 WWE has been making some major budget cuts which have seen a number of talents and employees get released from the company. NXT was hit with another wave of releases last month, and it looks like the releases continued recently.
Now Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net is reporting that there was another round of cuts made this week in production. When it comes to production in NXT a source noted that “They’re down to a skeleton crew.”
Tuesday’s episode of NXT will be the first episode of NXT’s new era, and WWE has confirmed that Dexter Lumis and Indi Hartwell will be getting married during the show.
Stay tuned for more updates on the NXT rebrand as they become available.
