Between Raw, SmackDown, NXT and NXT UK there are quite a few title belts currently active within WWE.
A few years ago WWE introduced the WWE United Kingdom Championship, and the belt is currently part of the NXT UK brand.
However, it looks like the WWE United Kingdom Championship could potentially be getting rebranded.
PWInsider is reporting that lately there’s been a lot of talk about renaming the WWE UK Title to the WWE NXT UK Title. The slight change would put the belt more in line with the rest of the NXT UK titles.
WALTER is the current WWE UK Champion, and he won the belt when he defeated Pete Dunne at NXT TakeOver: New York back in April of 2019.
