Throughout history there have been many professional wrestlers who have made an impression on the audience and there’s no denying that Hulk Hogan is one of the most recognizable names of all time. Hogan spent decades working at the top of the industry and it looks like WWE has plans to highlight his achievements.
WrestleVotes is reporting that WWE is currently planning a special 40th annieversay for Hulkamania. The idea is to celebrate the anniversary this month with new merchandise and collectibles. It was also noted that a Hulk Hogan appearance on WWE programming is not out of the question, but it is not currently planned at this point in time.

I’m told an appearance by Hogan is not out of the question but also not planned as of now. The recognized start of Hulkamania has generally been when he defeated the Iron Sheik for his 1st WWE Championship on 1/23/1984.”
