The coronavirus pandemic forced the professional wrestling industry to make some massive changes, and one of the changes WWE had to make was to start filming their TV events from a closed set.
WrestleMania 37 has been the only WWE event to have fans in attendance since the start of the pandemic, but it looks like the company could be letting fans back into the stands sooner than later.
The Mat Men Podcast is reporting that WWE officials are planning on holding ticketed events with fans in attendance on July 16, July 18 and July 19. These dates line up with SmackDown, Extreme Rules and Monday Night Raw.
Although WWE has yet to officially confirm the date for the show, it was recently reported that the Extreme Rules PPV will take place on Sunday, July 18.
Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
