Over the last few years fans have gotten used to seeing the Raw and SmackDown rosters change via the Superstar Shake-Up, but the changes that took place this year seemed less significant after the Wild Card Rule was introduced.
Superstars have been able to jump back and forth between both brands thanks to the Wild Card Rule, but it’s been rumored that WWE is looking to do away with the rule.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that right now there is an idea to do another draft, or something similar, so that WWE can build permanent rosters for Raw and SmackDown.
It’s being said that the company won’t be making major changes, but some changes are expected.
Everything regarding possible roster changes is being kept quiet, but FOX and USA will be the first to know.
