Right now all eyes are looking ahead to WWE Crown Jewel, but the next show after that on the premium live event schedule will be Survivor Series. The show will take place from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL on Saturday, November 25, and demand for tickets is high at the moment.
WrestleTix is reporting that WWE has added 2,784 seats to the previous configuration. The new setup will allow for 15,342 fans to attend the event. The change also applies to the WWE SmackDown taping the night before which is set to take place from the same venue.
Haus of Wrestling is reporting that a source confirmed the change was made due to demand. It was also noted that that the Titantron is not expected to be part of the set at SmackDown or Survivor Series which will allow for a smaller entranceway similar to the setup at Backlash and Money in the Bank.
One source believes that Survivor Series will have a straight ramp and a “very old school MSG style” and could potentially feature a small tron above the entranceway. It’s also possible that WWE could modify the setup even further to open up more sections if the tickets that were recently made available sell quickly.
Stay tuned for more updates on Survivor Series as they become available.
