Clocking in at 3 hours, Monday Night Raw is a pretty long show that has quite a few commercial breaks.
Unfortunately those commercial breaks sometimes happen during matches, which causes viewers at home to miss out on the action taking place in the ring.
However, it was recently reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Vince McMahon held a meeting last week and told everyone that there won’t be wrestling during commercial breaks.
Commercial breaks during matches have become all too common nowadays, so this should be a welcome change for fans who tune into the show every week.
Recently WWE has been booking 2 out of 3 falls matches on Raw and SmackDown, as having ad breaks take place between falls is one way for WWE to have matches continue while airing a commercial during the action.
Over the last few weeks WWE has tried to implement some new ideas such as dimming the lights for the third hour of Raw, but some of the new ideas have been quickly dropped, so it will be interesting to see how long this lasts.
