All Elite Wrestling has signed a number of notable names over the last few years, and Danhausen made his big debut with the company back in 2022.
Despite the fact that he’s still on the AEW roster Danhausen hasn’t been used at all this year, which has led to a lot of speculation regarding his status with the company. Recently it was reported that his contract with AEW is set to expire in February of 2026, and it seems that he could potentially find a new home once he becomes a free agent.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that WWE sources have claimed the company will be interested in Danhausen once his deal with All Elite Wrestling expires. A source also noted that they believe Danhausen would thrive in a NXT setting.
Originally Danhausen’s deal with AEW was set to expire over the summer, but injury time was added to his contract. Even though AEW hasn’t used Danhausen he has remained active on the independent scene wrestling for companies such as GCW and WrestlePro to name a few.
