It’s been pretty rare over the years to see WWE to sign TNA talent, but that seems to be changing. Obviously WWE recently signed Samoa Joe after he parted ways with TNA a few months ago. One rumor going around right now is that WWE is also interested in AJ Styles. AJ is currently under contract with NJPW until the end of 2015 so if anything does happen between WWE and AJ, it won’t happen anytime soon.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that WWE is trying to find out when the contracts of a few top TNA stars are set to expire. They don’t mention which stars WWE is interested in, but note that they’re interested in using them for the NXT brand.
