The WWE premium live event schedule is loaded with big shows, and it looks like WWE could be adding another one to the list sooner rather than later.
POST Wrestling is reporting that multiple sources with knowledge of the WWE premium live event schedule have confirmed that a yet to be announced PLE is expected to emanate from Indianapolis, Indiana on Sunday, September 20th.
September 20th is a significant date as AEW All Out is set to air live from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on that day. This marks the first time that a WWE main roster premium live event will air on the same day as an AEW pay-per-view. The start time for the WWE PLE has not been confirmed, but AEW All Out is expected to start at 8 PM EST.
Throughout the year it’s become more and more common for NXT premium live events to take place on the same day as AEW pay-per-views as has been the case with Double or Nothing, All In Texas and the upcoming Forbidden Door PPV.
The venue for the WWE PLE in September has not been confirmed, but it’s been speculated that the show will emanate from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It’s also worth noting that Triple H is currently scheduled to speak at TEDSports Indianapolis, on September 9, 10 & 11 at the Old National Centre.
Stay tuned for updates.
