WWE has booked some big named for the WrestleMania 40 card and it’s also rumored that there are more big names who could potentially be appearing on the show next weekend.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that John Cena, Steve Austin, The Undertaker and Hulk Hogan are expected to be in Philadelphia for WrestleMania weekend even though nothing has been done on television to suggest they’ll be getting involved with anything.
Regarding the production truck with images of Steve Austin and John Cena that appeared on Raw while The Rock was beating down Cody Rhodes the Observer was told not to read into that regarding the WrestleMania main events.
However, it is being reported that there is said to be a mystery slot planned for WrestleMania. It’s not known at this point in time if the mystery slot is for John Cena or someone else.
WrestleMania 40 will air live on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Stay tuned for updates.
