A few weeks ago, Lacey Evans, Nikki Cross, Heavy Machinery and EC3 were all called up to Raw. At this point they’re still trying to figure out where they fit on the main roster, but WWE has made it a point to make sure people notice Lacey Evans.
Even though Evans is very new to the main roster, it sounds like she could be in for a major push in the coming months.
Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that after Ronda Rousey steps away, WWE plans to promote Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Lacey Evans as the “big 3” of the women’s division.
It was noted that Lacey may not make it, but as of right now WWE officials see Evans as someone they can promote to the mainstream because of her background.
It’s being said that they see her as a big crossover star, and she’s essentially being viewed as the Roman Reigns of the women’s division.
