WWE Reportedly Filming Content For New Show

Tonight this week’s episode of NXT is set to air live, and it sounds like WWE will also be working on a new show during the tapings on Tuesday night.

Fightful Select is reporting that as of early December 10 there were plans for WWE to film content for a new show on A&E. The early word is that a match will be filmed and one source claimed that the match would involve Elijah Holyfield.

The former NFL player’s signing was announced less than a month ago. WWE also recently announced a new Tough Enough style series titled WWE LFG which is set to premiere on A&E in 2025.

It was noted that even though this will be Elijah Holyfield’s first match, he is technically a second generation Superstar as his father Evander Holyfield previously competed in a WWE ring when he worked with Matt Hardy at Saturday Night’s Main Event in 2007.

Stay tuned for updates.
