There’s a new regime in charge of WWE and both fans and talent are expecting to see some changes moving forward. It seems that change has already come as fans saw Becky Lynch make a major turn when she shifted from heel to face at SummerSlam then showed respect to Bianca Belair the next night on Raw.
It sounds like fans could be seeing more wrestlers shift their roles moving forward as Dave Meltzer recently noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE is making changes to talents who were miscast.
One example was Katana Chance, previously Kacy Catanzaro, who was booked as a heel alongside Kayden Carter despite being a natural babyface. It was noted that much like Becky Lynch turning face again WWE is now casting Katana Chance where she should be.
Katana Chance and Kayden Carter won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles on the most recent episode of NXT 2.0. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
