On Saturday the stars of WWE competed inside the Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia, and Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Doudrop, Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. faced off for a Raw Women’s Title opportunity.
In the end it came down to Alexa Bliss and Bianca Belair, and it was Belair who picked up the win after she hit Bliss with the KOD and pinned her.
PWInsider reports that at one point the finish that was discussed for the match was a double pin with Bianca Belair getting her arm up at the last second. The idea was to protect Alexa Bliss since it was her first match back, but the decision was then made to give Bianca Belair a clean win with the KOD so she can look strong heading into WrestleMania.
Bianca Belair will now go on to challenge Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38 in April. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
