WWE has released veteran timekeeper Mark Yeaton, who has worked for the company for decades. His departure was described as a sign that “no one was safe” from WWE’s ongoing cuts.
Steve Austin and Jim Ross both tweeted about Yeaton’s departure:
Austin: “#Swigofbeer to my old beer thrower @WWETimekeeper Mark Yeaton. Best damn beer thrower in the world and great guy.”
JR: “Very disappointed….sad.”
