Over the last few weeks Raw viewership has hit an all time low, so WWE decided to pull out all the stops by having Vince McMahon return to TV this week.
Vince kicked off the show and invited Steph, Triple H and Shane down to the ring then they said that they’re taking back Raw and giving the power to the fans.
It remains to be seen if this week’s show is truly the beginning of a new era for WWE, but viewership looks much better than it did last week.
According to ShowBuzzDaily, this week’s episode of Raw drew 2.547 million viewers, up from the 2.194 million viewers who tuned into Raw last week.
The first hour of Raw drew 2.717 million viewers, followed by the second hour which drew 2.558 million viewers. The third and final hour drew 2.367 million viewers.
