A number of NXT stars were called up to WWE during the recent draft including Dijak. Even though Dijak was called up to Raw he has yet to appear on the brand, and his contract is set to expire soon.
Fightful Select reports that Dijak is being repped by Paragon Talent Group which was co-founded by Dean Muhtadi (formerly known as Mojo Rawley in WWE) and Steven Kaye in his negotiations with WWE.
It’s also being reported that positive preliminary discussions between the two sides have begun, but an offer has not been made as of this writing. According to the report there’s “extensive interest” outside of WWE if he ends up becoming a free agent.
From a creative standpoint there’s been no word on whether or not WWE has plans for Dijak as he was not brought to the June 3rd episode of Monday Night Raw. Dijak has been at shows in recent weeks, but has only made one appearance on Main Event since he was drafted to Raw.
Dijak has reportedly been nothing but professional when it comes to his dealings with WWE. People within WWE have added that Dijak’s presence on social media has not gone unnoticed, and the belief is that the company will be looking to retain him.
As of right now Dijak’s current WWE contract is set to expire in June. Stay tuned for updates.
