WrestleMania is only a few weeks away and another big title match was added to the show this week. AJ Lee has been feuding with Becky Lynch for some time now, and it was confirmed during Raw that Lee will be defending the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Lynch on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
When asked if he she could write her own moment for WrestleMania on The Collection with Brad Gilmore, Maxxine Dupri noted that it would be a dream come true for her to be added to the AJ Lee vs. Becky Lynch match for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
“If I could write it right now, I would turn that Women’s Intercontinental Championship match between AJ Lee and Becky Lynch into a Triple Threat. That would be my dream.
To share the ring with AJ Lee would be unbelievable. She’s been such a wonderful mentor to me since returning to our locker room. It’s been so special. And you know, I’ve got a few hits I’d like to lay on Becky. I’ve got some pent-up aggression that I would like to unleash.”
Maxxine Dupri dropped the Women’s Intercontinental Championship to Becky Lynch back in January, and since then she’s been feuding with Nattie Neidhart. As of right now it’s not clear if there are any plans to add Dupri to the WrestleMania card.
