WWE Raw Star Teases Character Change

This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw took place from Providence, RI and the show featured a backstage confrontation between Austin Theory and The Street Profits. During the segment Theory took several shots at The Street Profits and specifically called out Montez Ford when he referred to him as “a big bag of jokes.”

Later in the night Austin Theory defeated Angelo Dawkins in a singles match, and after the match was over he sent a message to John Cena when he locked in the STF on Dawkins which led to Montez Ford making the save. Later in the night Montez Ford was interviewed backstage and he teased that we could be seeing a more serious side of him moving forward.

“To everybody, it seems like The Street Profits ain’t serious. We make jokes, we talk about everything, we get loud…know what I’m saying? Theory, I’m telling you this right now: come find me. Matter of fact, if you don’t find me, I’ll come find you.”

WWE has confirmed the Montez Ford will go one on one with Austin Theory next week on Monday Night Raw. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
