WWE has had to make some major changes due to the coronavirus pandemic, and months ago all TV tapings were moved to the Performance Center in Orlando.
Since then a number of WWE talents have tested positive for COVID-19, and the company has reportedly made masks mandatory at the Performance Center.
Fightful is now reporting that after a few weeks away a returning WWE Raw star approached Vince McMahon about COVID-19 safety measures shortly after he arrived at the tapings last week.
It’s being reported that the Raw star expressed concerns about safety measures such as mask utilization, and social distancing, not being taken seriously enough. The discussion apparently led to Vince McMahon making masks mandatory with talents who don’t follow the rule getting fined.
When asked why Vince didn’t make the changes sooner, another talent reportedly noted that McMahon spends most of his time in an office stowed away, and doesn’t see whether or not safety practices are being implemented, although he does occasionally appear at Gorilla.
