In the world of professional wrestling storylines are everything, but over the last few years WWE has developed a reputation for dropping storylines with absolutely no explanation of follow up.
Earlier this year WWE dropped quite a few teases that there was romantic tension between Angel Garza and backstage interviewer Charly Caruso, but the tension was seemingly forgotten about.
Recently on Twitter a fan asked about the storyline involving Charly and Angel Garza, and Charly confirmed that it has been dropped when she responded with, “It also randomly stopped.”

Angel Garza is currently out of action due to injury, but he was confirmed for the Raw brand in the recent WWE Draft.
At this point it’s unclear if WWE will end up picking this storyline back up in the future.
