WWE Pulls All Merchandise For Big Name

Over the years fans have seen quite a few big names compete inside a WWE ring, and for many years fans wondered if they would ever see Sting in World Wrestling Entertainment.

Sting finally joined WWE in 2014, and he went on to wrestle a few matches for the company before getting inducted into the Hall of Fame and announcing his retirement.

PWInsider reports that WWE pulled all of Sting’s merchandise from the WWE Shop website. There had been Sting related merchandise in the legends section but it has all been removed.

At this point in time it’s not exactly clear why the merch was removed, but it’s possible that WWE is no longer contractually obligated to sell Sting merchandise.

Back in May it was reported that Sting is no longer under contract with WWE. It was said that the two sides could potentially work out a new deal in regards to merchandise, but there’s been no update on whether or not a deal has been reached.
