Chris Jericho was defeated by MJF last week on AEW Dynamite, and the loss did not sit well with Jericho. The first ever AEW World Champion appeared on this week’s episode of Dynamite and he challenged MJF to one more match at All Out.
Jericho raised the stakes for his match with MJF when he said that if he loses he will never wrestle in AEW again. He teased that if MJF does indeed defeat him then he will become a full time commentator.
WWE Shane Helms responded to the segment by jokingly posting a tweet saying that Jericho’s WWE return has been confirmed.
“Jericho to WWE confirmed!”
