It’s been reported that Naomi is unlikely to defend the SmackDown Women’s Championship at the event. That is making a lot of people curious about what WWE officials are thinking for the rest of the women’s division. Apparently, there are two ideas being discussed right now.
According to Pro Wrestling Unlimited, the rumors of Kelly Kelly and Victoria returning to WWE are swirling around because WWE has been calling former female talents to set up a huge six woman tag team match for WrestleMania, which will involve Becky Lynch and Mickie James.
Apparently, WWE is planning a past versus present kind of match that would see Becky Lynch and two partners from the current roster face off against Mickie James and two women from the past. The rumors will continue to swirl, but this could be what’s coming for SmackDown’s women at WrestleMania 33.
