WWE On Track To Break Record With 2023 Royal Rumble

The Royal Rumble is one of WWE’s most anticipated premium live events, and it looks like the 2023 Royal Rumble is already shaping up to be a big success. The 2023 Royal Rumble will take place from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas which also hosted the 2017 Royal Rumble.

The 2017 Royal Rumble set the gross revenue and ticket sale record for the event, but Fightful Select is reporting that the 2023 show is currently on track to beat the previous record.

WWE sources have confirmed that a new record was set for gross revenue and ticket sales for the first on sale weekend as over 25,000 tickets have been sold to the 2023 Royal Rumble.

So far the entire venue has not been opened up, but it’s being reported that more areas could eventually become available to accommodate ticket sales. The Royal Rumble will air live from San Antonio on Saturday, January 28, 2023. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
